The number of the Money Go wallet can be viewed in the personal account on the website https://money-go.com/ru /, the "My account" section. The wallet in rubles starts with R (for example R123456), in dollars with U (for example U123456).

Replenishment of the Money Go wallet with the help of other electronic currencies is carried out by analogy with the above.

In order to withdraw Money Go to any bank card of the Russian Federation, you need to select "Money Go" in the Give field on the main page of our Service, in the Receive field - "Bank card of the Russian Federation RUB" or any other electronic currency, at your discretion.

When withdrawing Money Go, in case of an error "You refused to pay", you need to verify your Money Go account.

To verify your account, contact the technical support of the Money Go payment system.

Withdrawal of funds from an unverified account is not possible.
