If you make exchanges at night, it is better to take care of card verification in advance to exclude the possibility of non-exchange. 

Card verification is required once. In the future, all exchanges on this card will take place with the automatic substitution of card data in the "Card Number" field on the exchange page.

You can verify several of your cards in the same way and select the one you need in the "Card Number" field at each exchange.

Bank card verification is possible in two ways:
1. On the exchange request page of our website, under the "Card Number" field, click the "Card Verification" icon. Next, fill in the card number in the window that opens and upload two photos – one photo of the card against the background of the exchange application page, the second photo of the front side of the card. The photo should clearly show the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card, as well as the name and surname of the cardholder, if the card is registered. The rest of the data, including the validity period of the card, can be closed.
If you do not have the opportunity to take a photo of the card against the background of the site, since you have logged into our Service from your phone, then you need to take a screenshot of the card from your online banking.


2. You can also upload the above photos of the card in your personal account or by following the link.
On the main page of the personal account there is a section "Verification" - a bank card icon. Click "Add cards". Then we enter your bank card number and add one photo of the card against the background of the exchange request page, the second photo of the front side of the card. The photo should clearly show the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card, as well as the name and surname of the cardholder, if the card is nominal. The rest of the data, including the validity period of the card, can be closed.

Attention, we do not require the provision of the reverse side of the card with a CVC/CVV2 code.

Then click the "Add" button and wait for the card verification.

After all the above steps have been completed and you have received an email message about the successful verification of the bank card, for registered users, you can continue to fill out the exchange application.
If you have received an email about the successful verification of the bank card, and when checking the card again in the status of unverified - reload the page or create an application again.   
For unregistered users, you can click on the "Check card" icon under the "Card number" field and check whether the card is verified or not.

Card verification is required once. In the future, all exchanges on this card will take place with automatic substitution of card data in the "Card Number" field on the exchange page for registered users or will have the status verified by default for unregistered users.

Auto-exchange is performed around the clock, seven days a week.

Semi-automatic (manual) exchanges are carried out with the help of the Service operator. When making an application, a message will be displayed about the type of exchange - Automatic, Semi-automatic or Manual modes.
Processing of applications requiring the operator's participation is carried out during the working hours of the Service for from 10 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the workload of the operator.

Payment delay may occur for the following reasons:


1. The occurrence of a problem in the work on the side of the payment system or the bank. In this case, as soon as the problems are resolved, the funds will be credited to your account as soon as possible.

2. The user's account is blocked by the bank or payment system or has any restrictions. In this case, the funds sent by the user will be returned to the same details from which the transfer was received, minus the commission of the Service and the payment system / bank.

3. When creating the application, incorrect details were specified. In this case, if the specified account does not exist and the funds have not been transferred to it, then after the user is identified, the transfer will be sent to the correct banking details. If the account specified in the application exists and the funds have been successfully transferred to it, you need to solve the problem with the owner of this account.

1) The specified parameters do not correspond to the WMID system participant..........

The appearance of such an error means that you entered your personal data incorrectly when placing an application. The full name in the application must be specified in the same way as in the certificate.

This error can also occur if you are using a card with this number for the first time during the exchange. In this case, you need to link this card to your certificate. To link personal cards, you need to log in to the Webmoney Passport service, specify the card number, upload a scan of its front side and wait for the administrator to complete the verification. As a rule, it takes 1 working day. After that, you will be able to withdraw Webmoney to this card without hindrance.

2) The participant of the system must obtain a formal (or higher) certificate.

In accordance with the rules of the WebMoney Transfer system, the Webmoney title signs can be exchanged by a system user with a certificate not lower than a formal one. A formal certificate is issued free of charge on the website of the Certification Center (https://passport.webmoney.ru/asp/aProcess.asp ) after entering the passport data.

3) The WMID system participant needs to upload to the website https://passport.webmoney.ru/asp/bNewDocUpload.asp a color scanned copy of all the important pages of the passport and wait for the end of their verification.

In accordance with the rules of the Webmoney system, all holders of formal certificates wishing to carry out WM exchange operations must upload to the website https://passport.webmoney.ru/asp/WMCertify.asp color copies of all significant passport pages (1,2 pages and a page with a residence permit) and wait for their verification. The inspection according to the regulations takes 1-2 days. You need to upload documents 1 time in order to make further exchanges without hindrance. documents for viewing will be available only to you, and you can delete them at any time.
